The aim of this work is to design and fabricate a small scale de-feathering machine investigate into the optimal operational parameters for de-feathering. fabricated has its electric motor placed by side easy coupling, detachability prolonged life span motor. It door removal carcass. materials used fabrication were carefully selected ensure minimal damage scalding temperature 60 o C, time 56.56 seconds, 12 seconds was found have highest efficiency 96.6 %. able achieve desired quality. saves it high efficiency.
